"Friendly and good communication "

It has felt like a long process as there have been a few bumps in the road, but Ryder and Dutton were very good at communicating. Zoe initially looked after us very well and was great at getting back to us. Once the sale and purchase process was fully underway, we were passed to Geraldine Marsden who was also very available and chased the relevant parties as required. Thank you Ryder and Dutton!

My house sold fairly quickly.
They do charge alot to sell your property.
I kept communicating with them which was quite good.
I think they could bring there fees down tho.
Overall a good service but if you have a good property shop around for better fees. As it will sell anyway.

We wouldn’t ever want to go with another company purely based on the fact that these have met our expectations and more, moving into a new home can be stressful however this time around it has felt like a breeze thanks to Samantha.

Ryder & Dutton gave us good advice all the way through the process, from valuing and marketing the property to dealing with offers and final completion. In particular, Amy Heaton was great. She phoned at the start of each week to keep us updated, even when there was nothing to report. She also helped to chase our buyers when there were some delays.

"Choose your recommended conveyancers wisely"

I am giving 4 stars not because the service provided by Ryder & Dutton wasn’t very good, because it was. Our contact Laura Chadderton was always available to answer any questions. The issue was the buyers solicitors (ConveyancingHome) who were on the Ryder & Dutton recommended list. They were awful unprofessional and had to be chased constantly and it got that bad that I had to raise a complaint with them directly. The whole process has been very stressful. Moving is stressful enough without conveyancers/solicitors making it worse. A huge thank you to Laura who I give 5 stars to.

We sold our house and bought our flat both through Ryder Dutton Rawtenstall in June.
Graham was very easy and pleasant to deal with, and always happy to help. Leon took us through the process and was also easy to speak to and very helpful - and in particular very patient when there were slight glitches along the way. Matt was very helpful too, and Megan guided us through the final stages and was always cheerful and quick to respond.
All in all, we would highly recommend using the Rawtenstall branch.

Recently sold our house with Ryder & Dutton and what a fantastic service we received.
It started with Martin who valued our property and then Tracy who helped arrange viewings and offers.
We were constantly kept up to date and everyone we dealt with was so helpful.
Once we accepted an offer Emmy took over our sale and she was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to offer us reassurance and advice. Emmy you really did help keep us sane. We can't thank you enough.
