The management are flexible with you and working from home is something that can be done long term.

I have worked on the railway for 28 years & worked multiple agencies. In August last year i started working for this company. The fist week i got paid fine but since then for 18 weeks i have issues with payment. I have to spend hours on a phone on a friday & a Monday chasing money. I left 4 weeks ago for better horizans & promise you i will never work for there civils department again
