"Customer service is shocking"

Customer service is shocking. My parcel went missing over 10 days ago now. I’ve emailed numerous times and had no response. I have made a number of purchases over the years and it is sad that when there is an issue they are unwilling to rectify. Very disappointed.

"Won't allow me to cancel my orders"

I ordered my items for a long vacations, and it's literally been three weeks and my order still haven't been shipped as promised in the confirmation email.

So I request to cancel my orders as I won't be able to receive them and return them in case of any sizing issues etc., while I'm away.

Instead of fulfilling my request like the company website stated about the cancel order policy, they just KEPT offering me discount code for my next purchase which would never happen as I don't want to order from them ever again.

I just want my money back and not stress about if the items would arrive while I am away for two weeks.
