Delivery failed and total radio silence from customer support. No refund, no second delivery attempt, no answer to any Mail or their contact form.

correction:
customer support reached out to me via phone and resolved the issue (hopefully... delivery is en route right now) free of charge. Maybe I should have called them from the start, like other reviews suggest.

After receiving the ordered T-shirt I realized it is damaged (there is a hole at the bottom of the T-shirt). However, as soon as I contacted customer service, they responded promptly and responsibly. Excellent service! They allowed me to keep the problematic item and sent a replacement very quickly. I received the new item the next day. I'm very happy with their service and the support they provided. They have wonderful customer service.
