Ordering process was easy and free shipping on the order. The order was delivered promptly the following day by DPD at the agreed time and arrived well packaged and undamaged. Studiocare is always good but I couldn't purchase my whole order. I had found an item I was looking for elsewhere slightly cheaper I emailed customer services a few times over the week to try get a price match since I prefer buying from studiocare since they have a points scheme, reliable and safe delivery. I didn't receive any reply from the sales email address so I only bought half my order and bought the other half elsewhere.
