"A horror story with a happy ending "

When your stranded in the middle of nowhere and need to be rescued your trusting a paid for service to deliver on that promise, if there get their quick it's a bonus and when there get there finally your relieved to be rescued the last thing you'd expect them to do would be to turn up not once but twice and be abandon in the middle of the night because the rescue service personel says there were too busy to take you home leaving you shell shocked that's was my experience with Angel Recovery LTD after waiting almost 7hrs in total in the sweltering heat, if calling a service absolute rubbish would be the kindest thing you could say would be an understatement this service should be stripped of there licence and never allowed to operate any type of business again.

That was the evil experience now for the great professional quick stuck to their word best service in the world

After giving up on Angel Roadside Ltd I decided to call TOW'D Roadside assistant they promised to arrive under 30mins they did, they promised to get me home they did 1hr later by 3am I was home tucked in thanking God I was alive and I'm a survivor from Angel Recovery LTD

"Not a great afternoon"

Not a great afternoon. I ran out of gas on the M25 in my classic Morris minor. I found TOW’d on Google. I was desperate. Phoning them in was answered within seconds. Told how to locate myself. They messaged me back really quickly with an ETA and cost. I know I should have got the AA- but I hadn’t. These guys were so responsive and onto it I felt it went from a crisis to a mild annoyance. Thankyou so much for your help
