I heard back from my Medfinder customer service specialist named Prince within a few hours after submitting the forms. Prince could not have been more professional, kind and effective... they found my medication within 24 hours, exactly as I promised.

Calling around to find meds each month can be a degrading experience & I can’t tell you how much it meant for me to be treated with such dignity, respect and kindness by Prince. I was so pleased with my first experience with Medfinder that I purchased a package of searches at a bargain price, and I continue to be blown away at Prince’s customer service.
