In all honesty our application has not been the easiest one but Daniel never gave up on us. Was really disappointed with our experience here, more so because Carl came highly recommended.
We had a small financial issue which may have affected an offer and rather than try to help, or be honest and say sorry it can't happen and offer some advice on how to overcome it, we got radio silence. Our emails, calls and messages went ignored. Luckily we found another firm which helped us buy our dream home.
