Scam company who steals your money and doesnt give you the domain. I create an account, ordered a domain and then deposited my crypto funds for the purchase. I got banned and never received the domain or my crypto refund. They say i was doing phishing and malware when i never even received the domain in the first place. Again, they call me a criminal when i never even received the domain to be able to do anything with it. They banned me and never gave me the domain or the refund. The real criminals are this scam that calls themselves a company.

I was helping a friend get a domain. There was obviously a hacker interfering with her ability to pay, in real time. As a consequence she had to use various methods of payment, none of which had ever given her problems in the past. Naturally easyDNS flagged this as a probably criminal transaction, and refused to complete it. So far, so good; I appreciate that easyDNS is strict about preventing criminality.
The sad part is that there is no way to appeal, to explain, to present proof, that we are not criminals. I was guilty without even a chance to prove otherwise. I managed to make contact with Mark directly to explain my story, but I never heard from him again. I like to think that they investigated my claims, but I don't know if that is true or not. What I do know is that there was absolutely nothing criminal about our transaction, there is no appeals process, and there was no way to convince easyDNS of our innocence. As I explained to Mark: "...your staff, a couple weeks ago, treated me as a criminal and closed my account, without even asking for my side of the story." I was not allowed to re-open my account.
I believe that easyDNS is technically excellent, but being treated as a criminal, with no possible recourse, is not my idea of customer-friendly.
In response to Mark's reply, I'm happy to confirm that his (belated) answer was friendly and as helpful as possible at this late juncture.

Been a customer for over a decade. These guys are fantastic. DNS services work flawlessly, pricing is excellent, and the company stands up for internet independence without interference, as well as stands firmly against illegal activity and scammers.
