Another excellent trip organised by Lee at Supertravel Golf. I highly recommend using this agent, I have been using now for many years and would not use anyone else for my golf holiday arrangements. Great experience at the fantastic Hacienda del Conde in Tenerife, super golf course and first class hospitality. Will be visiting again very soon!

"A much delayed 65th golf trip was…"

A much delayed 65th golf trip was finally completed last week, without a hitch. The trip had been delayed by covid, and it’s knock on effects in adequate staffing at airports, plus change of location, changes of hotel, and changes in participants, but throughout this three year delay, Supertravel stayed with it, accommodated the changes and offered help when it would have been easier to scrap the whole thing. Thanks to Lee Birkett for his persistence and knowledge, top job all round.

Well what can I say, had a problem with being unable to visit my hotel booked through Supertravel due to weather conditions and although I accept that they were not obliged under my contract to amend or refund me for cancellation, they went over the top and gave me a full refund with no problem at all. Thank you Kathleen at Supertravel you were excellent and will recommend your company to everyone and will rebook as soon as weather improves. Top company with customer care!!
