Das Bike wurde ohne Mängel geliefert. Es lief alles Problemlos. Zwischen Bestellung und Versand hätte ich mir eine Nachricht erwartet.

Habe ein Specialized Kenevo E-Bike bestellt an einem Mittwoch. Das Bike ging dann Donnerstag schon in den Versand und Dienstags darauf war es schon geliefert. Und das auch noch zu einem Unschlagbaren Preis! Auch jegliche Fragen im Vorhinein wurden rasch und kompetent Beantwortet. Werde definitiv wieder dort einkaufen.

Ich bin absolut begeistert! Von der kaufabwicklung, über den Support bis hin zur Lieferung kann ich nichts negatives sage. Ich habe auf jede Frage unverzüglich eine Antwort bekommen. Der Versand war so schnell das sich viele Deutsche Firmen hier eine Scheibe abschneiden können. Ich kann IBK BIKE nur empfehlen.

They do not do what they say they do on their website - they don't price match.
I contacted ibk on 28th October, Rosi responded by asking me for the info about the bike I wished to purchase, the turbo levo sl expert carbon 2023, which I had seen for 3000 euros cheaper on a competitors website which was exactly the same year and model that IBK stocked. I sent IBK the link to the other bike shop which clearly showed the price offered by the other bike shop. Eduardo from IBK responded with & I quote "sorry we can't reach that price".

IBK therefore lie on their website.

Please note that the company that I asked IBK to price match is based in Germany - that was very clear in my emails to IBK. I sent them the link to the company in Germany and they refused to price match.
So the reply here is factually incorrect.
Either the person replying to this hasn't carefully read the emails I sent IBK or is deliberately obscuring the lack of integrity of their company. The email I sent was initially for Guns2bike and then I realised that I myself did not want to order from gunstobike because they are in Indonesia and so I then I asked IBK to price match for a company called Bike24 which is based in Germany. IBK refused to price match.
