I would highly recommend this company for short-let management, My payouts are on time every month, all deductions and maintenance are well recorded on my landlord report, my properties are well maintained and I am kept well informed. The Director kindly gave me his number and allowed me to call him if I had any concerns until my mind was at ease for the first few months, I was then handed over to a very knowledgeable account manager Nathan who has been very good at getting back to me and communicating with me, overall I would give this company a 10/10 because my last management company ruined my properties and caused me and my wife a lot of stress.
