I went into the Windsor shop with my engagement ring that was broken and I no longer liked anymore. Stewart spent the time to explore all my options with me, he could not have been more helpful. From what I was describing he picked a ring from the window it was exactly what I wanted I loved it, then suggested we make my wedding band with the diamonds from my old ring keeping the sentimental value it had to me. George is personable and extremely professional. I was updated at every stage of the process, which was totally seamless.
