Paid the initial cost for the CV then 5 months later noticed that £19.85 each month had been taken out of my account.

It's apparently in the very small print.

Called their customer service representatives on two separate occasions who gave conflicting accounts. The initial advisor stated that he was going to refund all the monies but I then received an email which contradicted this.
I have then spent another 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the situation where the advisor stated that he could not send me a confirmation email confirming our telephone conversation.
I have contacted my credit card company and cancelled the credit card at an enormous inconvenience.

ALTHOUGH THEIR REPLY IS FACTUALLY INACCURATE. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAIL AFTER MY INITIAL CV WAS COMPLETED INFORMING ME THAT IT WOULD BE A ROLLING SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!
