"Sureseal appears to be Homestyle Cymru …"

Sureseal appears to be Homestyle Cymru under a new name. Same directors, same product. Homestyle Cymru has gone into receivership. The products are good quality and Sureseal's salesman was very pleasant, but work done for me by Homestyle was far from acceptable, with multiple problems still unsolved over two years later. The director actually told me he didn't care if his fitters don't put screws in straight. If he doesn't require good standards of workmanship, the customer can't expect them. I cancelled my Sureseal order when I discovered this director is now director of Sureseal, since if the quality of their fitters' workmanship is no better I can't expect it to be put right to my satisfaction. I therefore have no actual experience of Sureseal's work but have no confidence that others will have a better experience than I did with Homestyle.

We had our new composite door installed today and I have to say it looks superb !!!
The gentleman who we purchased off was very honest, helpful and professional. None of the typical Salesman approach.
