I buy a mobile showing on google dual sim when i received and open it was single sim i returned back and not receive money or replacement mobile from last one month. Customer service representative only making fool and have one sentence we will update you soon.

they are scammers i bought an iphone 5s it turned out that there is no working sim card so when i tried to return it i still had 6 days until 7 days end thats what the privacy states this guy in "WHATSAPP" kept saying the return company well return shortly he kept saying for 5 days and they didnt come real scammers still no hope in returning i have never seen such dishonest people about their privacy policy its a LIE i advice you not to buy from fonezone ever again they are dishonest and they well not come back to return and the phone doesnt have a working sim card

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. A perfect example of how to cheat and scam people. I had a 3 year old A10 Samsung, not giving good performance, asked the manager in Hereford store ( name Sonny ), to accept a trade for a much higher quality item. I also had a couple of NEW BT home phones to trade in never used value each one new £28.99. He gave me a new Samsung A03 Core, told me it was much superior and it would be £150. He 'allowed' me £30 as a trade in . I paid him £120, & he kept my old phone, and the 2 BT phones . When I got home, I found IT WAS NOT AS GOOD as my old phone, that Amazon sold the same item for £70. He gave me no invoice, when I phoned before I even had the chance to say why I was phoning him , he put down the phone.
AVOID this company at all costs , if you need someone who is truthful and gives good value, there are far more reliable firms out there.

THIS IS A CHEATER COMPANY - I bought iPhone 12 mini which has issue from day 1,
Last 10 days customer care is saying that they are arranging someone to change the phone,
I felt this is fraud company and selling all damaged or may be Not-Original products,
Guys please be alert ‼️ with this kind of company,
The way they are treating their customers I believe that to repair or change iPhone we need be without phone for 15 days, means more that new phone price you will lose,
Better buy anywhere else

I purchased refurbished Iphone12 mini, due to battery discharge in just few minutes, I try to contact them via phone, number not connecting, email 31 times answer only one standard, that is " contact you.." WhatsApp, "ok sir please wait our team will contact you" today is 5th day, but still no hope... please don't buy any product from this Fonezone, very bad experience..... 😔 😢 😞 😫 😑 😒 😔
