Did not deliver on day stated.
Although this was Royal Mails fault I got no apology from the Chillistick and I had to do all the calls to find out the reason for not delivering on time.
All I got from chillistick was a cold unapologetic response and a refund.
Thanks for the ruined event!!!

I have decided to change my rating as the company did eventually get back to me and has offered a free replacement next time.
I will still be using this company for business.
