Ben, Sam and Craig were polite, courteous, helpful and did a great job at fitting some new sash windows in difficult to reach places! (Above a bath and a toilet!) All round great experience.

I have used Caddy Windows for all of my window replacements for the past 8 years. A window that was installed 4 years ago shattered unexpectedly overnight. I contacted Caddy windows and they sent an expert out to inspect the window to assess how this happened. This glass is an oversized picture window which was difficult to install. After they inspected it, they agreed to replace the window under their guarantee with no hassle at all. They sent out their team to make the glass safe with special film whilst they ordered a replacement window. The installation team was thoroughly professional and just finished installing the replacement glass. This is why you go with a professional company, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have windows installed.

"Excellent window fitters."

Ben and Sam did an excellent job of fitting our new windows. They were very tidy and worked quickly and conscientiously.

"Not a great experience"

The initial design person didn't give us enough info on the doors we were buying. When they were installed we were not that happy with the 2 patio doors as they couldn't be fully opened due to the handle design. Plus there were no door stays on the French doors, which I have had previously bought from other companies, and have been fitted as a standard fit. If he had said we would have been happy to pay for some!
Rich and Charlie had to fit all these doors in one day, when we had been quoted 2 days. This meant is was rushed quite a bit. The consequence was one of the patio doors was in wonky. After being told the whole thing would have to be taken back out, which would also cause all the render to be broken off again, Rich managed to strip it back and realign it.
I'm just glad Rich and Charlie were jovial through it all otherwise it would have been even more unpleasant and upsetting experience.
Craig did say he would try and sort some door stays but as of yet they have not materialised!
There is always going to be some jobs that don't quite go as they should and I'm just gutted it was mine!

"To be honest"

Honesty from start to finish from all the staff,the fitters did a wonderful job on the fitting and every thing was on time. Kieron and Dan the fitters cleaned and vacumed any mess that was made.A big thank you to all at Caddy Windows from Lin & Mike

"Great staff and work-people, lovely new bathroom window"

The window-fitters were friendly and efficient and did an extremely neat job replacing our very dilapidated bathroom window. Exceeded our expectations -- we were anticipating some damage to our ageing bathroom tiles, but there was none. Looks great from the inside and the outside. Company was pleasant to deal with throughout the process, and the fitting happened ahead of the originally-estimated schedule.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, our door was fitted by Rich who was very professional and very tidy! We had a visit from Craig in the service team to change the door lock for us, again fantastic service from him, very quickly changed the lock to what we required.
