"Easy and quick to book"

Top rooms is quick and easy to use BUT I booked a balcony room in Lynton, Devon and chose a particular guest house because of the balcony and views. I paid in full. A few hours later the owners rang to say they were sorry but their balcony room had been booked up and I should not have been able to book it. They only had a standard double at the back of the house. I was disappointed. Perhaps it was a computer blip but I would double check in future.

"Good Hotel - But!!!"

Lovely location, and nice clean old hotel. Free Wifi a bonus.However the undercover parking is confusing and was not explained to me until checking out, I got stung for £8 when I could have parked round the corner for free.

"An okay place to stay"

Yes it was okay. Room was nice and big. Had trouble with the tv but girl came up straight away to show us how to work it out. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would use it again.

Would recommend to anyone Mike made you feel welcome as soon as you arrived nothing was to much trouble, kept us stock up with tea and coffee all week and the breakfast what can I say lovely with plenty of choice.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Dobbins Farm and the breakfast was excellent. Just wonder why they have to take full payment immediately on arrival before even being shown to the room? It is very unusual and we were very surprised - apart from that everything was very good and I am sure we will go back to Dobbins Farm.

I would recommend this guest house. The location is fantastic just a five minute walk to York minster. Breakfast was really good. The rooms were really clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. We were well looked after during our stay.

Fram park is a great get away from it all the log cabins are well presented and I could not believe how quiet it was I will definitely be going back again a quick tip the owners also own the Village Inn pub and the food is too die for make sure you have a pint of Village Ghost..........oh and the steak and ale pie .............. thanks for a great holiday
