Charles, Jared, and Dallas were on point as soon as I opened my ticket to purchase service. They asked all the correct questions and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be before going onto the next step. Setup was extremely fast after payment was made. I would recommend using their service to anyone I know in need of hosting options. The fact that the president of the company stepped up and interacted directly with me as a customer speaks volumes to me and I will continue to be a customer of their for the foreseeable future. I will also be purchasing hosting for my website once I am ready to set that up.
