I had difficulty reaching the team after receiving the wrong wine. Despite trying to email, call, and DM them for weeks, I finally got through via the online chat on their website. I was pleased with how they handled the mistake; they even let me keep the wines sent by accident. However, I would appreciate an improvement in their customer service. Simply informing me of the best channel to get a response would be helpful. Will order again.
