Bath & Body Works at University Village in Fort Worth, TX is awesome. They are so helpful not pushy like the BBW on Chisholm Trail. They honored a 20% off coupon due to the 3 day grace period on expired coupons. They always have. Earlier in the day, the BBW at Chisholm Trail refused to honor the coupon even after I told them BBW Customer Service said it was their policy to honor the coupons. The caliber of sales people at University is top notch. I will only shop at University Village due to the stellar customer service. Other BBW could learn some positive lessons from this location
