The only minor annoyances are that its website does nag users to buy additional options (e.g. to use its own office address as a registered office for new co.) and one has to know which button overrides them.

Overall very easy to use - would recommend. Only thing I would change is that it would be good if they offered an enhanced articles of association option (not just for multiple share class) as some other formations companies do.

The advertised incorporation period is 4-6 hours. I am still waiting at around 48 hours. I received one call to "apologise" but it was really a sales call to try to sell me on a bank account.
