"Never a solution! Bunch of excuses from owner"
My review is below.
This is a request to Zomro's team after all this issue: I'm officially requesting a refund of my money until 3 weeks ago, when the problem started. The client does not want anymore the server and is requesting a migration. Please advise how the process is and when I can expect it.
This is a response to Zomro's response: the issue I'm experiencing? Sure! 3 weeks without internet going online and offline every 3 hours. The support tells me, "Try now," and they do not even check that the VPS does NOT have internet. They are not even doing the basic thing! I'm still not able to use the server I paid! and I don't see a response or final solution after 3 weeks, so I'm looking for another VPS provider. What is the process for getting a prorated refund after paying for a full year in advance?
I'm ID 13216 (vm3501874). For the past month, I have been having issues, and NONE of them were resolved after more than 4 weeks! I created cases 1112410, 1109902, 1103923, 1016063, and I never got a final solution. All, excuses and silly messages that are just spam that waste other's time. Here is an example of the owner. NO SOLUTION UNTIL NOW. I'm starting a migration to another VPS. This is incredibly useless. Lack of commitment!!!! I'm furious because you are making me lose my money. Your lack of resolution causes that I have complains from my clients

"Bad Hosting"
For my expirience with this company : gives bad vps hosting ( laging , restarts,shut downs and etc. ) and if I upgraded to like 4GB ram ( extra fee ofcourse ) I only was connected to my vps once and other attemps were with some kind of errors to enter own vps server from them ( 20 attemps ) ! But from other VPS companys that i was using there were no problem at all only price but not so expensive.
