"If I could I would give this company no stars"

If I could I would give this company no stars for their Mail order service, or lack thereof. I ordered a wedding present online 7 weeks ago and still have not received it. They furnished me with no tracking number and I have to message twice before I got that information, a month after I ordered the package. They changed their story about delayed delivery each time I messaged and then blamed postal companies, coronavirus and even me for their failure to address my package correctly. They then offered that I could pay them again for a replacement.! Ludicrous! Avoid them and shop elsewhere.
