Insurers gave me no choice despite being 15 miles away, but did a pretty easy job (replacing bumper) well. Good communication and service, although being an insurance job, took for ever. Quality courtesy car provided. No complaints.

I used Motofix's pick up drop off service which was very helpful and can't fault the service which was timely and to the customers needs.
The final finish was excellent and would highly recommend the service for anyone looking for motor repairs.

Have to say I was really impressed with the service and quality of workmanship and paint on my Alfa and previously my Abarth and Audi. These guys are a breath of fresh air and an absolute pleasure to deal with, with consistent results and high standards. Can highly recommend.

Had an accident with a deer and insurers through their agents had Motofix Swindon as an approved repairer. They were late in getting me a courtesy car which was so underpowered it was dreadful, and then took 16 days to change a bumper and headlight and grilles. Did a good job of that but there service experience was awful.
Didn't update as to delays on the fix although parts were literally off the shelf, and reception didn't pas on messages so causing more frustration. They didn't seem to care about the passage of time or anything really. Will never use again.

Do not use this company.Their High Wycombe store is very uncooperative. They quote as they are VWA they are better than other repairers. They say that so they can charge five times what other repairers quote. They are unhelpful, will not admit mistakes and
just tell you to take it up with insurance. Stay well clear of this company who make excuse after excuse. They feel they are superior to other garages. You have the right to chose your own garage. just read the reiews for both stores. Not one person with a complaint can say they have been helped.

I've no complaints at all. From start to finish I was kept informed, even got the car back early. Work was good, everything was clean, and the admin minimal. Courtesy car was supplied which made the whole thing easy. I'd use them again.

Had the vehicle over 5 weeks for damage repair after an Asda delivery driver who could not reverse piled in the back right hand side when I was not even in the car.
During the time it was in for repair they scratched all the rear lights up, burnt the rear carpet, the welding sealant was rubbish and highly visible that a repair had been done, the interior was left all muddy and the paint job was rubbish - the worst I have ever seen. All the inside was left dusty and filthy and they handed me a 1 year old car back looking like a 6 year old car.
I refused it back. Was delayed another week whilst they put a new rear carpet in, repaired the lights, cleaned the interior and made the paint better.
It is still not right and never will be. There are still markings on the headlining and the paint is still not right.
P!$$ poor 3rd rate service to be avoided at all costs. Better take to a back street garage with an apprentice on a spray can from an autoshop as you would get a better job done.
Got fobbed off by the 3rd party insurance company refusing to do anything more to put it right.

I use my internally converted van for a daily coffee business, so scheduled a weeks holiday abroad at the same time as the repair - thus causing the least down-time affecting my work.
The team at Swindon could not have been more helpful and professional. They emailed me three times during the repair to keep me informed on progress, and were quick to answer questions.
A more friendly and efficient garage would be hard to find. I would recommend this repair company without a second thought.
My van is back on the road, I am running my successful business... the van feels brand new!
