I WISH I HAD READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. They keep no stock. Items are shipped from Poland. I asked to cancel my order after 8 days and was told it had just cleared UK customs. Funny that, as I was told the same story previously. I could not cancel without incurring a charge.
Ordered the exact same trousers from Screwfix and they arrived the next day, AND COST LESS MONEY.
READ THE REVIEWS FIRST, LIKE I DIDNT.

Hoodie ordered on the 10th of December, notified the same day that the colourway was out of stock so I agreed to a different colour. I emailed a week later to enquire as to its status and received the following response on 17 Dec.
“ Hi Mike, this has been sent from Carhartt Amsterdam on 5-8 working days delivery and is currently processing customs, should be with you before the end of this week.

As the Hoodie was a Christmas gift to my partner I was now satisfied it would arrive in time. Today, December 20 I received this email.
“ Hi Mike, sorry we have another issue with your order as the alternative colour has now gone on back order and Carhartt only just made us aware, would either navy, apple butter heather, fog blue or marmalade heather be suitable to dispatch, we have these colours in our warehouse so can be dispatched straight away.

This means that I was lied to about the item being already being processed by customs and having been dispatched and has now left me with no time to buy my partner a gift that will arrive in time. I’m so angry that I would be lied to in this way with the email on the 17th clearly stating that the item had been sent. I even enquired to make sure that this would not happen. Awful, awful service. I’m sure worknation will state that the items are shipped by Carhartt and this is out of thier control etc but the fact remains that the email told me the item had been shipped and it hadn’t, some transparency would be been appreciated from the start so that I could have made an informed decision and made another purchase when I it was obvious the item was delayed. I called WN today and did receive an instant refund so I will acknowledge this , however the fact remains they lied to a customer no matter how they want to word it.
