"Delight turned to disappointment..."
I was delighted to recieve my order, which was a vintage wooden shrine/mandir with glass windows about two and a half weeks ago. This turned to disappointment as it was damaged on arrival.
I wrote to Birch & Yarn with a photo explaining this and suggested they could send a new piece of glass or a discount so I could get it fixed myself.
I haven’t heard anything back from them yet.
When I purchased the piece the photo showed no sign of a broken window.
It arrived in very flimsy packaging so I am not surprised it suffered damage along the way.
I love the look of things on their website but will not make another purchase as I have lost faith in them.

"Incorrect listing description..."
Item purchased (garden parasol) not as described in listing. It’s title was Pink and Red Parasol, and the primary photograph corresponded. In reality it was entirely bright pink.
Item was returned, but owner refused to reimburse the return costs.The item description has since, I note, been altered accordingly.
Personally, I am not happy to buy from a company I cannot trust to list their products correctly, or acknowledge their mistakes when made.
