Its a nice looking drum with the nice sounds. Except that the one tong was a bit out of tune. Needed to tune it manually. It took a bit of time for me. The one of the drumsticks was broken in the delivery box. No response from support at all

I placed my order on March 24th, I chose express shipping as the delivery method. I tried contacting the team on multiple occasions, but never received a response.

Many more companies look reputable, I suggest anyone to reconsider buying from Moisai.

I will be disputing my charge since I have lost confidence in this brand.

I was concerned after I made my order because the website stated that my items would ship within 5 to 7 days. I ordered my items Nov 2. Contacted seller on 19th and was told items shipped Nov 20th by FedX. Tried tracking but received no tracking info. Contacted seller again. I received my order Dec 4th. These items are gifts.

I ordered my drum for a very special birthday present. It has been three weeks today and it still has not shipped. In some very frustrating communication, I have found out the drums ship from Lithuania. In the very sparse communication I have received, I am told it has shipped. It has not. FedEx has verified that they created the label to make it look like it shipped. They never gave FedEx the package. I am now trying to get a refund of $360 for a gift that was never shipped. Very sad and disappointed because I think this drum could have been very healing for my daughter.
