My experience with the customer service has been great the ladies were all very kind. In the end I canceled my account due to the fact that I was told my timeshare was on the site and I looked for over and hour and did not find it. I even searched quickly with the number they provided me, but in the end if I was a perspective buyer I would have never seen my timeshare. Therefore it would have never been sold and my money would have been wasted.
