Really impressive 1 day FA course. Compared to other 3 day courses I have done in the past, this day was so informative, enjoyable & still learnt more skills I was unaware of.

Paul was absolutely brilliant!! We had some technical issues on the first day of the training (with the screens not working), Paul was super positive and helpful and started delivering the session without screens until the problem was resolved, remaining positive and helpful the whole time! I have had great feedback from the students who really valued the training they received, he is super engaging and will be looking forward to our next round of First Aid training with our new sports committees which we will book for next September, hopefully Paul will be able to deliver that one too. The whole experience from the ease of booking the one day 'Emergency first aid at work' course to the actual course itself through this well run and extremely professional organisation was superb. Everyone who sat the course commented on the excellent quality of training and came away feeling more confident.

"Fantastic training"

I was just wanting to send a commendation for Paul who provided BLS training to us in Southampton. Paul was exceptional and this is the best training I have attended. It was pitched perfectly and was very thorough. Paul had a wonderful way of engaging everyone in the room, remembering our names and personalising this. No only was he approachable and gave courage for those who might be a little nervous to attempt, engage and ask questions but gave positive praise and feedback and boosted confidence of the team which really increased their learning. He was so professional and went through each stage of training thoroughly in an order which flowed wonderfully. A lovely man, an absolute gentleman and a fantastic trainer.
