She has been very patient with me and is clearly a professional with a good technical knowledge of the product range and design possibilities and not pushy in any way. I was a little anxious about ordering online, especially as the item I wanted was quite expensive. I did check out the site and there were good reviews, so I went ahead. Everything was very easy; I telephoned the office in London, was sent a sample, to match colour; this was useful and I did then order. The process went smoothly, all the details were clear and the delivery was earlier than the date given. The delivery men were efficient, helpful and ensured all was well before leaving. The item ( set of drawers) is perfect for what we wanted and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending My Italian Living. The next time we are considering buying furniture we would certainly think immediately of this company - especially as we do like their modern, well- designed range.

She assured me that wouldn't be a problem and I am pleased to report I took delivery on time. The unit looks great and I'm happy with the service

"Late delivery beautiful sofa"

I initially requested a couple of samples of fabric for a new sofa which arrived promptly. I ordered my preferred option and was kept fully up to date with the order progress. In short everything undertaken by Myitalialiving was excellent. However, the same cannot be said for their delivery company. My delivery was put back twice so arrived 2 days later than promised. This is very annoying when you are given a delivery day, only to receive an email very late in the afternoon of that day, telling you that they cannot deliver as promised. I, for one, cannot wait in for days on end, assuming that my order will arrive. This was a real disappointment after such initial efficiency.
