"Damaged Products and Nonexistent Service "

I ordered a stove and some accessories, but when I received it the stove was dented and scratched, and the glass ash lip was shattered upon arrival. After informing the company they told me that I would be receiving updates on a replacement of my items. After 5 months of waiting I emailed them to get a refund and have them come pick up the damaged products. Not only did they refuse to give a refund, but they also said that I was never supposed to get a new stove. Apparently I’ve been waiting 5 months for a can of touch up paint. So if you want to waste your time and money on an overpriced paper weight then I suggest you buy from this company. If you actually want a stove then you should buy from somewhere else.

Received the fireplace I ordered fast and without issue. Packaging was impressive. Barely came with any scratches. Happy with the price and works much better than my 30 year old Lopi. Would buy from them again.

"This place is a SCAM!!!"

This place is a SCAM!!!! DO NOT buy from them!!!! Will not return any of my emails nor pick up my phone calls anymore! I have called every day for two weeks after the item was canceled due to the fact I ordered the product and then was discontinued but still was on their website able to buy after they told me it was discontinued.

"I mistakenly bought a wood stove…"

I mistakenly bought a wood stove pedestal that was advertised as a wood burning stove. The seller refused a refund unless I paid return shipping charges. Very negative experience. I would advise researching and reading very carefully if you choose to buy from this company.

"I received the wrong product."

I received the wrong product so I reached out. They said I ordered the wrong product and thank you for understanding and have not returned any calls after that. So now I’m stuck with a $2000 gas stove that I cannot use.

"When you show the fireplace"

When you show the fireplace, it already has the oak mantle that I like. Only to find out it is discontinued, and I have to pay more for a junk white one for more. Please have your customer service rep reply by text or email because at times it was hard to understand.

"Ask questions."

We spoke with the company several times and they were always professional and helpful.
The fireplace we purchased had (2) different heights listed for the unit and the pictures on the web site made it look much bigger than it is. The mantel is on 34 inches high and I wouldn't purchase it again due to that. The second height was listed at 50 inches which is what I thought I was getting.
