"How do I get rid of these people!"
How do I get rid of these people!! I messed up in the beginning of starting my business by letting these people bully me into buying there products (for one price then getting billed a completely different price I might add) after I got mad and told them to quit calling me that I would never buy from them again. They somehow got my wife's phone number and scared her into buying her product they promised her like 20 dollars would keep me in compliance so she then agreed only problem was when they came so did something like a $400.00 bill. Then the next year they tried her again and she wouldn't do it they started to bullying her by telling her they thought she was an officer of the company and she could make executive decisions. Then they started calling me again with the same stuff again I told him(Hell no) then they tried to tell me that they had the exclusive contracts with the government and that I had to buy from them so I told them I would pay the fine when I got caught. After that it calmed down some but nom they have started calling my office (which is a call in business I might add) you call we haul. Isn't there some kind of laws against this I'm willing to spend some of my own money to shut this scam down.It is too hard to survive in the business world without having to deal with these kind of people.((((BUYERS BEWARE )))) ps I have made a couple of calls to Frankfort today which is the state capital of the great state of Kentucky. It may take me a couple of days to find the right avenue but I will. AGAIN BUYERS BEWARE LEARN From My MISTAKES

"Aggressive and Harassing Phone Calls"
Each week I receive several calls from Personnel Concepts regarding renewal of labor law posters. We received our 2019 posters in November of 2018 and I went through circles with this company then regarding them sending us posters early which cost us over 2k. Now I'm constantly getting calls stating that the 2019 posters that were sent for all of our locations will soon expire and we need to renew. I took the information to our CEO whom was extremely upset and stated that we will no longer automatically renew anything with this company, we will place an order with them when we are ready to. I informed each representative that calls me of this information and not only are they continuously calling, they are aggressively calling several times a day stating that we MUST use them for our compliance posters as they are the only company that provides all of the posters. Each representative is rude and demanding and the last rep even stated that they will keep calling us for renewal. I asked several times to be removed from their renewal system and was told no that we could not. I asked them to stop calling our company and was told no. As of today, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General office as this company is harassing our agency into purchasing their posters. For those interested, please look into MLLPS or Labor Law Center for compliance posters instead of dealing with this company.

"Trust me"
Trust me, if I could give these clowns 0 stars I would. I have NEVER contacted these people for anything. I don't have a registered business, I don't have a business license, I don't have anything on record, and they continue to mail me this crap about buying posters from them and I am more than fed up! I sent them a letter telling them I don't know where they got their information at, but check and see if I have or own a registered business or company, and I told them not to mail me anything else. I just emailed them as well and told them if they send anymore mail I'm going to sue them for harrassment, and I can tell you this, if I hire an attorney you best believe along with that will come a law suit for lost wages, attempting to obtain money under false pretenses, since I do not own a registered business, and they will pay me back for any attorney fees as well.No one should be harrassed like this! Only in America!

"Utterly unacceptable…"
Utterly unacceptable to write to business owners implying urgent responses as well as using letters (format) as if it was an official Government correspondance. Disregard and advertise about bad practice(s) as I am doing! Do not answer their mail, telephone calls just ignore them...! Until the competent Government Agency/Administration will go after them!

"Horrible company"
Horrible company. I was sold something I do not need and when I questioned if this was all needed I was treated disrespectfully and rudely. I am an electrician with no employees, none of the materials they sold me were needed. They take advantage of people and then treat them badly saying...you signed up, too bad. I would not recommend this company to an enemy....if you ever get a call from them, HANG UP!!!

"If there was a way to give negative…"
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. We have used Personnel Concepts to get required posters for a few years, charging us a few hundred dollars a year. I found out that for out size/type of business I could find all the posters I needed on the Texas Workforce and OSHA sites. I have asked Personnel Concepts to stop calling our office on multiple occasions over the past 2-3 months (at least 7) and the continue to call me. Each call is as if the previous call(s) never happened. Just today they called me again, the representative refusing to listen to the actual words I was saying even when I was explaining that I had just spoken with someone yesterday. He said that our account has been red flagged and needs to be updated, in the same 30 seconds he also told me that our account was up to date and we shouldn't pay anyone else for new posters. How can I be update and also be being red flagged to call every week! Several calls ago a female representative tried to bully me and said to me "well you must not be the one able to approve the purchases" because I told her that I wouldn't approve anything and asked for her to send it to me in writing for me to review later. We are a busy office and I cannot stop to argue with them all time. They continue to HARASS my office and my staff and this has to stop. I have been VERY clear that I no longer want to deal with their company. STOP CALLING!!!!

"I kept telling the women on the phone…"
I kept telling the women on the phone that we are not interested. She was arguing with me trying to tell me why I need her posters. She was very rude and persistent. I told her to please not waste my time and hung up. Such arrogance, not a way to do business. Now when I do want them, I will not call this company.

The only difference in this company and the overseas scammers, are that these people live in the United States and they speak English.

"WARNING: SCAM"
Personnel Concepts is such a scam. Do not be fooled by what they tell you is needed in order for your company to comply with govt. laws. Personnel Concepts continued to call my company as well as mailed different "registrations" and other advertisements despite asking them to please stop all communications. When I asked Personnel Concepts to delete my company and address out of the database they said they are not allowed to and then hung up on me. This is a scam of a business and I'm really not sure how they are still operating. They target naive consumers into buying their unnecessary products by threatening the implications that will apply to their firm if it does not house Personnel Concept products (employee rights posters, etc.) Even if this was a legitimate company, I would suggest finding a different company to fulfill your compliance needs as Personnel Concepts is full of incompetent and rude people.

"Very shady way of doing sales"
Very shady way of doing sales! This companies "sales people" are more like playground bullies. They were specifically told to contact one person at this company...went around her to a new employee and tried to allude that we must place the order to be compliant. Here is news for everyone out there that they threaten with this...You can get the same posters without this company and be in compliance!!! Do not let this companies sales tactics bully you in to wasting money!!!
Update: I see that I received the same reply that many others have received. You are failing to accept responsibility for your "selling tactics". We are not "overwhelmed". We are in compliance and do not believe that your trickery in bullying a new employee into agreeing to purchase your products is professional, hence the review!
