"Amazing company"

Amazing company! The item I purchased was originally out of stock, so I ordered a different tonies bundle from another company. They couldn’t give me a date for delivery but it was guaranteed for Christmas but I needed it for a birthday instead. I set a notification to be made aware when the product had returned back into stock. I purchased on a Friday and it came the next day! Amazing service, quick and easy, various options for payment. I’m over the moon with my purchase! Highly recommend this company!

Your website stated “delivery free in all UK regions” yet I was offered no other option than to be charged £14 for delivery. Your website says some size and weight restrictions may apply for some regions, but you don’t confirm size or weight restrictions at checkout - you just applied a charge with no explanation. This isn’t the same as “size or weight restrictions”.
