impossibile da contattare non rispondo a mail ed il telefono sembra staccato.
Cancellata la prenotazione avevamo diritto al rimborso totale avendo stipulato assicurazione totale "RELAX", ma ad oggi nessun riscontro da Vehicle Rent.
Probabilmente faremo intervenire un legale e associazione consumatori

Es Obvio que está empresa es una ESTAFA. Somos demasiados coincidiendo en lo mismo, nos deben dinero y han quitado todo tipo de atención al cliente.
Alguien ha podido contactarles a día de hoy?

Terrible communication. If you are unlucky enough to have to claim for damage (even due to a severe storm causing the damage), do not expect to see any money for an extremely long time, and do not expect this company to be helpful at all.

Standard process for them is at least a delay of 90 days for the money to get to you, and that is after 2-3 week long delays of them bothering to reply to you, asking you ridiculous question's or just repeating the same questions.

They also do not make it clear that if you have to claim, you lose a substantial amount of money for the rental companies ‘Immobilisation’ charges (for potential loss of revenue that the car hire company suffered while the car was being repaired and was not in position to be hired out).

Definitely avoid.

Im August 2019 habe ich ein Auto über VEHICLE RENT gemietet und es kam zu einem leichten Schaden. Gemäß Vertrag habe ich den Selbstbehalt bezahlt und bei VEHICLE RENT eingereicht. Im September kam die Antwort von "DP - PostRentalSupport" cartargetgroup dass der Versicherungsfall anerkannt wurde doch der refund dauern würde : "Please note it may take up to 90 days for the refund to be processed." Da hätte ich sollen wach werden und reagieren, leider war ich geduldig. Das Unternehmen wusste bereits, dass sie nicht zahlen könnnen. Haben in diesem Wissen, dass sie ihre Seite des Auftrags nicht erfüllen können, trotzdem Aufträge angenommen, Geld von mir genommen und wie ich sehe von vielen weiteren Kunden - das ist Betrung !!

Ich habe bis heute keinen refund und auf meine mails keine Antwort bekommen. Aus den Bewertungen in Trustpilot weiß ich nun VEHICLE RENT ist insolvent.

Finger weg von VEHICLE RENT und der ganzen Gruppe !!!

hallo,

bei der abgabe des wagens wurden - obwohl viele schaeden schon bei der übernahme vorhanden waren -
schaeden aufgelistet und mit € 1300 berechnet. nachdem ich die unterschrift verweigert habe, wurde
das gepaeck aus dem shuttle ausgeladen. da wir das flugzeug erreichen mussten habe ich dann unterschrieben III
die rückerstattung der selbstbeteiligung ist nicht erfolgt, da der anbieter insolvenz
angemeldet hat IIIII

"Vehicle Rent have gone bankrupt"

I booked a car with Vehicle Rent in July 2019 for car hire in Spain in September 2019. Booked the relax package to cover me for excess refund and damages. When returning the car to Ok Rent a Car I was told there was damage and charged. Immediately emailed Vehicle Rent to put in a claim which I was told in October 2019 was successful and waiting to processed. After many months of waiting for the refund and emailing chasers with no results, I raised a complaint with the European Complaints Commission. I was informed last month that VEHICLE RENT HAS GONE BANKRUPT and there are currently court proceedings taking place against the company in Slovenia where they are based.

Han desaperecido con esto del COVID-19, llevándose el dinero que nos han cobrado por adelantado a muchísima gente. Han dado de baja los teléfonos y no contestan a los emails que enviamos ni a los formularios de contacto de su web. Nos han robado a muchos.

Klantenservice is onbereikbaar. Telefoonnummer is afgesloten en krijg ook geen antwoord op mails en Facebook berichten.

Aluguei um carro com a vehicle rent em maio de 2019. Tive um problema que a própria vehicle rent cancelou a minha reserva e tive que reservar por fora e pagar uma taxa absurda. Já me foi prometido o dinheiro de reembolso há quase um ano e até agora nada.
Como proceder daqui pra frente?
Estou cansado de promessas vazias.
Pelo e-mail já me foi prometido várias vezes o reembolso.
Quero meu reembolso!!
