Jeg har en veninde som netop har købt Georg Jensen håndklæder for 2500kr. Hun har sendt dem retur 3 gange, da de trævler/trådene løber, selvom hun ikke har vasket dem.
De er i så dårlig kvalitet, og så til den pris, burde de leve op til forventningerne. Hun har fået en meget dårlig og uprofessionel service efter min mening.

Har købt sengetøj fra Georg Jensen, hvilket er som forventet. Men jeg synes sgu at det er for ringe, at der i 2020 ikke er nogen som helst instruks i hvordan den omfattende indpakning skal affaldsorteres. Det er jo egentlig pap, men indeholder unødvendige magneter. Skal det hele derfor i restaffald? Det skal der altså strammes op på!

I have been delighted with every purchase from Georg Jensen Damask. Both design and quality are consistently superb. Some tablecloths have been in used now for many years and been laundered over and over. The seams never unravel, the color stays true and the texture of the weave just seems to get better over time. I am grateful that the care brochure said to use laundry detergent that does not have harsh chemicals or optical brighteners. I've been using the American brand Woolite with success...
