"I recently visited John for a food…"

I recently visited John for a food intolerance test for digestive problems. After years of suffering with IBS and other digestive problems I found out I was intolerant to a number of foods such as eggs, dairy, rye etc. I have now adjusted my diet and have noticed a difference already by removing them foods.

In addition to the food intolerance test he offered vitamin and mineral deficiency testing which was really beneficial as I discovered I was defiant in folic acid. This would explain some of my symptoms I’d been suffering with such as tiredness and lack of energy. I now take supplements recommended by John which have a high absorption rate.

I would highly recommend these tests if you find you are suffering with any digestive problem such as IBS as I have definitely noticed a difference in my digestive problems and also my energy levels.

John is so lovely and reassuring and I will be visiting him in the near future for other services he offers.
