I am so thankful Emily G answered my call just a few days ago, when I had to call Luxury Escapes to advise we wouldn't be arriving in Bali in 7hrs time! After a silly mix-up with my partners passport (at the international airport), we were unable to leave the country. This was to be my first ever trip to Bali. Once we processed what had happened and what our options were (ie. emergency passport) I called Luxury Escapes and spoke with Emily G, who was super kind and empathetic to our situation. She immediately went into what she could do mode, advising us of potential options and advising very clearly what she was going to investigate for us. She advised she would call us back by a certain time (which she did) and provided an email with her direct contact details. In short, Emily G worked with our accommodation provider and was able to offer us alternative dates to travel. I am so thankful to Emily G for her kindness and understanding and assisting us when we needed it, in a very stressful and emotional time. Thank you Emily G, you are truly wonderful 😊
