I've already communicated with your rep. They did a brilliant job as usual with the image parts of my file but made the type worse than when submitted and your rep argued that was not correct, so........
My boss had to use the images part of the file you fixed and combine with the type from the original file in order to make the file usable. Oddly my boss apparently knows your owner of founder. It is what it is.
