Tom the groomer was excellent, he put me and my dog yo-yo at ease straight away, I’d explained that yo-yo is a nervous dog and hates the hairdryer so Tom had used the low setting and yo-yo ended up falling asleep as he was so relaxed. He came out of the grooming room wagging his tail and looked amazing, I highly recommend the groomers at Pets at Home Durham, we’ve already booked our next appointment 👍

Hi the staff are great and do an excellent job.
I’m very disappointed that you have upped my bill by £19 a time for one of my dogs £4 basic price increase and £15 for an extra half hour as she takes 2.5 hours to do as for the last 9 years she has only taken 2 hours.
