There was a problem with my order at UPS (the delivery service). When I contacted customer service at TESSin.it, they did everything they could to help. They responded to my messages very fast and solved the problem.

The quality of the item is very high and it was shipped out very fast after I placed the order.

I would certainly recommend the company. That said, I would prefer that they used a different delivery company because UPS is not reliable in the UK.

De stukken stof waren zorgvuldig verpakt, maar waren niet voorzien van een herkenningsteken zodat ik nu niet weet wat de compositie is van de 5 verschillende stukken stof. De kleuren zijn bijna gelijk, maar onderling verschillen ze in samenstelling, wat het geven van de juiste behandeling onzeker maakt.

The shipment delivered within 7 days by Fed Ex, if it shipped by DHL, the time can be shorter.

Wish there is more choice of fabric sample offers.

Overall experience is good, will buy from this company again.
