"I ordered 4 watches from this company"

I ordered 4 watches from this company. They all came however only 2 of the 4 operated correctly. One the second hand stops on the 50 minute mark and you have to tap or shake it to move. The other was missing a pin in the clasp. The only resolution from the company is to return them for repair. I am in USA. This is not a reasonable option.
If I was a private buyer I would not be to bothered by this. I am a retailer and this doesn’t work for me.
The watches look great. The shipping time was acceptable The lack of quality control however has made it impossible for me to continue purchasing from this company. Customer service is responsive yet with the distance and time difference resulted in my decision.

Firstly I’d like to say a massive thank you as the watches I ordered look great.

At first I was skeptical of ordering as I wasn’t sure if they were legit but I can assure you now they are very much legit and the watches are second to none when it comes to replicas.

I received my order within the timeframe given and the customer service was amazing, they responded to all of my queries and concerns through WhatsApp and the service felt seamless.

I had my watches readjusted today to a better fit and the jeweller couldn’t tell the difference, very impressed to say the least!

I suppose the only downfall would be that the payment process wasn’t as simple as you’d like and I received a different watch than I ordered but none the less still an amazing watch!

I ordered my first watch and was shaking in my boots not sure if they were going to send it and low and behold it arrived. I ordered three more since and they are dead on super clones. I am very pleased. They charge a little more than I would like but i guess you get what you pay for. I will be ordering another soon.
