Breathing right could be so powerful I didn’t know till I met yukti ma’am. It decreases your anxiety level , it makes you calm and relax , which helps you take decisions mindfully.

"Magic of belly breathing"

I am Dr. Kasturi, a Homeopathic Physician . In 2017, while walking, I experienced breathlessness. My daughter, Dr. Pooja, took me to the cardiologist, who conducted all the necessary tests and diagnosed heart blocks, recommending angiography. I requested my daughter to give me 3 to 4 months to try natural remedies. After 4 months, there was a slight improvement. Still, I continued searching for natural ways to clear my blocks. Fortunately, I found Yukti Mam on YouTube and joined her class. I started practicing different breathing techniques, especially belly breathing, consistently 4 times a day. Gradually, my difficulty in breathing reduced. After one year, my daughter took me to a cardiologist for another round of tests. The results were remarkable - my blood tests, echocardiography, and TMT test were all normal. This is the power of belly breathing.

Another significant result is the increase in my oxygen level. In 2020, I was admitted for COVID-19, and my oxygen level dropped to 83%. Upon discharge, it had improved to 90% after practicing Yukti Mam's breathwork, especially belly breathing. My oxygen level reached 97%. Even though pulmonologists declared that my lungs had undergone fibrosis and would not improve my lungs' capacity is now 99%.

I used to scream in my sleep, which was not a good sign. However, after practicing regular breathing, I am now sleeping comfortably.
I want people make use of this science of breathing, where each and every cell of the body rejuvenated and one will become disease free.
One will be mentally and physically manage with stress free life.

"Age is no bar to learn breathing the right way."

Imagine going to a retreat for the first time at the age of 63+ and that too to practice right breathing and learn n experience it's benefits. I joined 1st. of January 2024 Yukti ji community of Breathers. Under her guidance practiced correctly how to breathe and within a month saw the changes 1. Better sleep 2. Good Digestion 3.Snoring stopped 4. Weight started reducing. Too happy with these changes I joined the retreat 5th.6th &7th April 2024. In the retreat to be committed, to be authentic, to be open n communicative was the learning. Add on was loving your new self image. Understanding 'It's OK not to BE OK'. This gave the strength to improve on the required points. How to become a better person physically, mentally and spiritually by breath work n doing activities to practice how to implement conscious breathing in daily routine. I will recommend all the readers to join Yukti to be a better you.

"Under the guidance of yukti ma'am"

Under the guidance of yukti ma'am, I learnt the right way of breathing. And many different ways of breathing and breath control. This changed my life. I am now calmer with much more clarity of thought, more self confidence, better health (no more cold or cough ) , more strength , and much mor4. Thank you yukti ma'am.

"Discovery of my breath with Yuktiness"


I wanted to discover more about breath, being a Life Coach I wanted to do more in a modalities which I could connect. I tried many other modalities and Breath work has given me peace and relaxation without any force.
Consistency in observing my breath, I could achieve this at 80%.this has made me wander less.the best part of it was I was not forcing myself and it was a natural flow..At any point of time if I am asked to observe my breath I feel I will do it.i feel so much of peace doing it.

My BOC count reached a little less than 2 .30 minutes. This was like a competition with myself and I was amazed to see that I could hold beyond 2 minutes with ease. It was like man main ladoo phut rahe the.I felt like a larger person with more confidence🙏.

When Yukti announced a retreat, I want to be a part of the retreat. From the date of announcement I was thinking of it and by the last day of the breath competition I was able to make it. I am very excited about it . As a preparation I have started to take Ice bath at home so I could easily take at the retreat. The retreat is my first such major event on breath in my life.
