Following a dog bite incident which occurred in my home I had to attend a police interview. The officer indicated that he thought this beautiful dog, who I was looking after for a friend, should be ‘put down’.I was extremely anxious and distressed about the whole event. I had been recommended to contact Tina at Wheldon Law who specialises in dog law, and at very short notice she attended the police interview with me. Tina immediately put me at ease and her advice undoubtedly led to the very favourable outcome. I am so grateful to Alice and Tina, knew I was in good hands and thank you very much.

Earlier this year our beloved dog Baby was seized by the police, she is a fully exempt xl bully, unfortunately a plumber who was working at my house at the time left doors open in the house which lead to Baby briefly getting out side of the house, a busy neighbour called the police and she was taken from my house. It was a very distressing time for us not to mention Baby. I contacted Wheldon Law immediately who I knew specialised in dog law. Wheldon Law was with me every step of the way supporting and providing advice when ever needed, staying in contact with the police seeking updates on the case and chasing for information all of the time when the police weren't providing any. I would like to say a special thank you to Danielle who supported us through this from a legal perspective, being in attendance during police interview and liaising with the police every step of the way until we got the result we was hoping for, Baby being released and no further action.
