Nice looking and well made product but poor communication. No notification of a delivery date and nothing either from the courier service (unknown). Just lucky that we were at home at the time.

Most pleased with them now they are fitted. Very tactile and instinctive to use. Make a much better grab in an emergency than the other side rectangular bannister rail.

They listed everything I needed on their website, so an order was placed and the items were delivered a couple of days later by courier.
