UPDATE#2: I have a pending credit from them on my visa and today I received the marchandise. They are small company with reduced staff because of Covid. The lady asked me where I saw all the complaints. She honestly did not seem to know there was so many upset customers. So I would email and call them again if your problem was not resolved. I would give them another chance. The product I bought was as expected and they add a cute little pouch with samples.
UPDATE#1: I received a call from their customer
service. They said that they are giving me a refund for the order and apologized. I will continue updating this post to let you all know if indeed I have received a refund.
Original complain : I paid for a 2 day delivery and I am still waiting to received my purchased item. I have called and sent emails and have yet to receive any response. I am hoping I will soon receive my items, otherwise I will make a formal complain to BBB and advise everyone who was disappointed to do so as well.

Update-this is a shameful dishonest company! I did not receive my full order, they replaced a perfume with an aftersun green rubbish and said they fulfilled my order, they refuse to give me their return address so I can send back the incorrect order, they refuse to respond to Clearpay emails. I’ve noticed so many people in the same situation as me and now on Trustpilot they reporting people that are given reviews about them!!! They are an underhanded dishonest company! Beware, when you challenge them they threaten you, I have it all on email and will be pursuing this scam further. Disgusting company!!!
Update- the perfume I had ordered did not arrive but instead a green bottle of Aftersun which was not ordered at all, so it has been back emailing them which they do not respond, the threatened me with the local police, as they said I sent too many emails and hundreds of bad reviews, they told Clearpay they have been in constant engagement with me which is not true, they have only sent one email and one email about the issue to Clearpay. They have not responded at all to the missing order. They have lied, been underhanded sent a false tracking number yet will not respond .
Update-the emailed me asking me to delete my review and told me the order is on its way to me, gave me the tracking and what do you know it’s invalid, UPS have no record!!! Something needs to be done about this company

I demand an explanation don’t tell me to email you as I have brought it to this platform I want a response as to why emails are ignored, why there is no order received and why no folllw up if there is a delay! I want open communication on this platform as there are many others in the same situation and I want to see if you can be honest in business

Buyer BEWARE!!! They still your money. I purchase two items nearly two weeks ago. The items were shipped on February 26. Today is March 9th, and I have yet to receive the items. I emailed them, and no response. I called their telephone number, and no response. It’s a scam.
