We thank you for the professional communication regarding the Oak tree
cufflink! Due to the delayed arrival, you sent us an extra cufflink! Which we appreciated!
Upon receipt, the extra cufflink you sent didn’t have the oak tree on them, & the metal around the black face of the cufflink was scratched & not smooth!
As we anticipated a similar set of cufflinks, it was somewhat disappointing!
