Love these shakes. Only wish that if you wanted to purchase the 3 pack you could mix and match. I don't necessarily want 3 packs of the same kind of shake.

I love the products but the customer service is a complete JOKE! They are horrible! The membership ordering system NEVER works... but guarantee they will get their products sold! This is NO way to do business! If you have a membership subscription they appear to give you the option to pause, cancel, edit, etc. But it literally NEVER works. You have to enter a ticket and they make sure they do not respond until after you are charged. So you can forget about using the editing options for your memberships online. It is such a SCAM. Again, I love everything about the products but this is enough to make me not want to buy from them ever again! OH, AND I tried to ask if anyone else had this issue on the LAdyboss Facebook page and they deleted my post! There was nothing rude, or inaccurate about what I posted... That alone tells me they know what they are doing... They do not care about their customers... They only care about getting your money... so tread lightly when ordering from this company!

"Horrible ordering system and neglect of customer service"
I absolutely LOVE and am addicted to Lady Boss Protein Bars. I have all the shake flavors as well as the Greens and I love them all, drink the shakes daily and practically live off of the bars. I eat 3 a day some days, breakfast, lunch, and evening snack after dinner. I stock up on the shakes but have a monthly membership for my bars. I have had the WORST experience with this membership. I often need to renew my shipment early because I go through 3 boxes a week not a month, so when I get down to my last box I renew my order sooner. Quite often when I need to do this the system will not allow me to do so. It saves and says that it will charge immediately but it doesn't so 2 days later when I go to track my package because I'm getting low on my bars I find out that it never charged or shipped and the date still says a month out. So I reach out to customer service to no avail. The last time this happened I just placed another order for bars with monthly membership thinking that since I already have a membership it would just send my discounted bars and keep my old ship date for the membership. Well, last week I was charged 3 times and realized that I had 3 memberships all for protein bars and it charged and shipped 2 of them, one I was able to stop. Customer service was able to delete those extra accounts but again now that I'm out of bars again and need to renew sooner it won't let me renew again. I had been trying for 4 days to place an order for my bars and still nothing and no response whatsoever from Customer Service. I spend ALOT of money with this company but honestly I'm looking for other bars and shakes because of this lack of help from customer service and janky website. It's frustrating when all I want to do is place an order sooner and still receive my monthly discount without having to create another membership. sigh!

The below reply only angers me ten times more. I am a GM of a hotel. I work in hospitality. I know what good customer service looks like. Jacques with Lady Boss is FAILING at it miserably with all her snotty …I can confirm this and I can confirm that. I know what I did. I also explained WHY I had to do it that way, there was no solution offered within her reply. She basically placed the blame on me. I admitted that I had to create several memberships and accounts in order to get my product because when I try to renew the existing one it doesn’t allow me to. All she did was tell me what I already know that’s all they ever do. Yes they tried to call my phone and no I did not answer I was at work. I manage a business and am a very busy lady. Hence the reason I sent an email. If I had the time and opportunity to get on the phone with them you can believe I would have but I didn’t, that wasn’t an option for me. As for my emails to customer service they were very clear on what my issue was the problem was they went unanswered for days and by the time they did reply I had already had to figure out a way to resolve the issue myself. They also did not read all my emails because if they had they would have known I said after the fourth one, never mind I finally just got a friend to order for me. Please allow 24 hours for response, the problem was I needed to renew my bars then and couldn’t not 24 hours from then. At the end of the day guys you have it right here. A loyal customer frustrated because there is a problem EVERYTIME I try to place an order and look at how I was treated below by Jacques. She pretty much disregarded the janky system they have and the fact that I had to resort to creating another subscribe and save just to place sn order, besides it says all kinds of crap when you place an order it tries to get you to purchase ten other products that you don’t want every time. No one has time to read all that. It’s a shame the way they bait click scam their loyal customers. I honestly have never had a company tick me off quite this bad. I wonder if Kailyn knows that her customers are being treated this way.

I never got my order from months ago or anything saying it wasn't coming so was pretty confused but its all fixed now and should come this time! I'm happy they reached out to me to clear it all up!

"Customer service is the worst"
There lean shakes are great; however, it takes forever to get them and i have had the worst customer service experience. I had heard nothing but good about this company and truly love their shakes (I personally don’t like the bars but that’s my taste). When I placed the order their system lost it and I had spent 300 dollars. I contacted them after a week and they said it shipped so I left it be. I got the tracking and it was for only sample bars! I contacted again and they said it was a system error and the would have it fulfilled asap. Another week went by and still nothing. I contacted them to cancel and then they shipped it out right then. Still missing part of the order as they said it was back logged but at this point willing to eat the price for that as I haven’t had luck with their customer service. I am hesitant to order again even if their shakes are good

LB protein bars are my savor
for long work days with short lunch periods. The peanut/ chocolate chip has been my go to since these bars came out. The flavor is awesome! I can not recommend these bars enough! The try first samples are brilliant, so are the three flavors! Great Job Lady Boss Team!
