"My experience was amazing"
My experience was amazing! All the coaches were super helpful and it was great to be able to give and receive support from all the women in the group! The playbook was very helpful and all the videos gave alot of information to help us keep going. I'll never not tell people about this program!

"LadyBoss 28 day challenge"
I absolutely love this 28 Day challenge. From watching the very first video I knew I was in great hands. They teach you the 4 main focuses to be able to succeed in your weight loss goals. It’s not like any other challenge where they expect you to do everything right away. It’s small steps to help you be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’m OBSESSED with LadyBoss!!

"Seriously! Freaking A-mazing!!!"
Seriously!! This is the best program I’ve ever been a part of... coaches, Kaelin, and the supportive community are REAL!! This isn’t a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle to bring joy and truth into your life. I can’t even say negative things about it!! I’m proud to be a LadyBoss and want to continue this lifestyle forever!

"Terrible wait times and poor customer service"
I attempted to contact lady boss via phone and have had terrible wait times and poor customer service. I have tried to cancel my subscription for it was way too expensive for just a protein shake.. When I finally got in touch with someone, he down right ignored my request to cancel but instead tried to sell me other items all while talking over me. He convinced me by saying he would send me a free bottle of a fat burning vitamins along with my shake to keep me as a customer however I have not received it in this month's order. I tried calling Ladyboss multiple times with no success of reaching a person. I gotta say, this company has been really frustrating to work with. Lack of communication, terrible wait times and they make it extremely inconvenient to alter your subscription or cancel. I will never use them again in the future nor would I recommend them.
9/23/20 update review: After submitting the original review, I received a call and an email from an advisor which helped re-gain my confidence with this company. Although I didn't have the best consumer experience, Demi helped to make things right with me and I thank her for that. The product itself is good and I did enjoy the greens along with the vanilla shake, so it wasn't all bad, but unfortunately I will not be a returning customer.

"Bad Business Practices"
I just want to say that I am not giving the products that LadyBoss has a 1 star review because I love them. I am giving the LadyBoss Results Coaching a 1 star review. When I signed up for LadyBoss Results Coaching it was $497 a month with a signed agreement for the subscription. After a couple of months of the coaching, I was not able to continue because the cost was becoming too much financially and I had some unexpected things happened. So I emailed the coaching support and explained to them what was going on, and they offered to skip one month of payments so I could get things straightened out, and if I was still having issues the next month to let them know. Well, I let them know that I was still having financial issues and they told me that I wasn't able to back out and that if I defaulted on the payments that it would be sent to collections for the remaining payments that were owed. But they did give me the option to pay $1000 to get out of the agreement. When I asked them how they expected me to pay the $1000 when I couldn't even afford the $497, they basically said it wasn't their problem and reiterated that if I defaulted it would be sent to collections. I ended up having to take a loan out to pay them the $1000. For a company that claims that they are there to help women and does a bunch of charity work, they have a funny way of showing it. Once again I am not bashing their products, just the way they operate. I also loved my coach and wished that I had the money to continue, but unfortunately life happens. I wish the company understood that instead of throwing it in peoples faces.

"Obnoxious communications"
Good protein powder but vanilla only.
Occasionally a new flavor appears temporarily but seems to only be available if you are on their auto-ship program. The auto ship is more powder than I need or want.
Communications are irritating. The emails are dumb and annoying but the calls are downright obnoxious. I placed an order 3 days ago and have received 5 call attempts equaling 12 missed calls during business hours. Have not received any message via voice-mail, email or text. After my first order I received a phone call. I don't remember the purpose but it was such that I saved the number to know to avoid future calls. The call is sales related or equally annoying. I just want the product. I don't want to have to talk about it or be sold a program.
What I find obnoxiius is calling during business hours and calling back multiple times consecutively after I silence the call. This, x12. I would block anyone that did this. If you dial someone and the call goes to voice-mail do you just immediately call again, then again and not leave a message. Who does that?? I would cancel my order if I could. Ladyboss- worse than ordinary spam calls.

"I’ve noticed Ladyboss tends to respond…"
I’ve noticed Ladyboss tends to respond back to negative comments with “ sorry we cannot located your account”. I really hope that’s not how you handle complaints.
Anyways, I made an order and didn’t receive my entire package first off so I reached out and finally received my missing shaker cup.
I was added to this group “ accountability” but to be honest it’s more of like a cult of these women who literally go crazy and brag about how they bought the new “ flavor drops” these women who seem to be “ lady boss coaches” post how they spend over $800 in shakes as if that is normal... it’s crazy and apparently people are only allowed different flavors if they are on autoship with spending a certain amount each month. That’s how you can qualify for new shake flavors.
It seems like a MLM.
Not only that I find Kalein’s book very contradicting to her product. For one this is a woman who lost weight the true way. Working out hard and eating balanced foods.
So then she slaps a meal replacement shake and makes a profit off women who are desperate. Something she didn’t even do herself in her weight loss journey.
Red flag.
Also her group is censored. It’s actually sad because FASTING was brought up in the group and I simply mentioned how fasting is ancient medicine and eating 6 times a day is a big myth when comparing medicine outside the USA.
So my comment was deleted with no warning. All these “Ladyboss coaches” jump on and defend their leader and their beliefs.
I did follow Kaelins journey in the very beginning before she had products and honestly her whole messaged has changed and it’s all money hungry and cult recruiting.
Something I’ve experienced before and this is something I am getting out while I can.

"Amazing Health Challenge"
I learned things about overall health and nutrition, that I didn't even know to ask. Absolutely, adored coach Jan and her daily doses!! The information she gave was amazing.

"I loved my experience"
I loved my experience. I loved how everyone helped each other out. When a Ladyboss was about ready to fall off the wagon another Ladyboss would grab her hand and pull her back on the wagon.
